Bailey was an excellent server. She was at my table to greet me shortly after being seated. She smiled, made eye contact and was friendly and efficient. The Ritz burger was amazing. The meat wasn't tough and the toppings tasted fresh. The Miss Mushroom pizza, (vegan) was OK. The cheese sticks to your teeth and they overcooked it a bit. The lavender mocktail was a tasty tangy refreshment but don't be the driver if you order the Peach Campfire. Whoooia, that puppy had some bite. Marty, the manager on duty, stopped by to check on me. We chatted for some time. Are you available?? He explained that it had 2 types of tequila. The place was clean and organized. Everything went smoothly. They have tons of foot traffic due to being close to several areana/stadiums etc but I was lucky enough on a Thursday to park just across the street, for free
The food tasted delicious and was flavorful! Our waitress checked on us periodically, but she forgot to put in my drink order to the bar. I did receive it eventually, but after I had already received my appetizer and meal. The manager also checked in on us multiple times. Overall, it was a quality experience, and the food quality and taste made up for the other minor inconveniences. Per the restaurant's request in their comment, I did come back the following night, and the service was terrific from Jordan. I ordered a burger, which was juicy and full of flavor. My daughter ordered a giant Caesar salad, which she enjoyed tremendously. We also ordered dessert, a chocolate chip cookie and a sundae with a brownie. Both hit our sweet tooth! I've upgraded my rating to a 5 across the board. Kudos on a job well done!
This place is a vibe. Our server was amazing, Brian took very good care of my family. Management took the time to make sure everything was okay with our table. William and Josh personally stopped by our table. The food was delicious and hot. The food came out super quickly and our server was super attentive we will be back! If you like good drinks, great food, relaxed aesthetics, a comfortable setting and a clean pizza place this should be your next target. They also have plenty of vegan option!
Must say I had a great experience. They something we both liked. Vegan menu and vegetable toppings pizza. Waitress was polite and very helpful. If you're in the Uptown area of Charlotte, NC it's a must visit spot if like great pizza.
Walked into this place 20 mins until closing with no issues. We also asked them if it was okay and that we didn’t plan to stay long… the server was amazing and the food was hot and fresh. Definitely will be going by here again! The pizza was great!
First visit at the Uptown location. I have enjoyed their pizza in Pigeon Forge and around Charlotte for years now. The spinach and artichoke dip with toast is better than expected...
I placed an order on the website which went through door dash for delivery. After my food was picked up my order got cancelled and door dash was really dragging their feet about helping me get a refund. I called the store and they helped me get everything taken care of. The manager was so helpful and they had great customer service. While im hesitant to order delivery again, I would absolutely eat in person
I stop by for lunch in the middle of the day. Good time not a lot of people here but cool spot I would definitely come back. Bartender was cool definitely dig the vibe.
